KPI help their customers improve their bottom line with better quality information and automated processes. They help organisations document and redesign their business processes and create process standards, and also create dashboards to analyse these business processes. KPI also facilitate workshops as well as automate the budgeting and business planning processes for enterprises. We were commissioned to ‘revamp’ their logo and identity – being a business with quite a few years in the industry, the brief was to keep the colours and overall feel of the existing logo, yet update and refresh it enough to look more current and modern. However, being a more serious corporate enterprise, we also had more conservative restrictions to adhere to.
